Before, travelers could only visit the land of cherry blossoms by booking through a travel agency, but with recent changes, FITs (free independent travelers) can now visit Japan at their leisure.
But Japan only accepts individuals vaccinated with Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Janssen, Bharat Biotech, or Novavax.

2. Hong Kong
Hong Kong officially lifted its hotel quarantine requirements for the first time On 26 September 2022, in nearly two and a half years since the pandemic. Hong Kong’s reopening will allow international arrivals to travel to their preferred destination, but they will still have to self-monitor for three days.
With the new “0+3” eased protocol, travelers will no longer have to present a negative nucleic acid testing report before boarding. They must conduct a self-arranged rapid antigen test within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time and submit their negative results via the Department of Health’s online Health & Quarantine Information Declaration.
